The size listed is the external diameter of the hoop. - 8mm (internal diameter approx - 6mm)
- 10mm (internal diameter approx - 8mm)
- 12mm (internal diameter approx - 10mm)

Designed with comfort in mind, a belly ring is less likely to rub on clothing and you are much less likely to lose it, unlike tradational barbell piercings.
Twist to open, (see "how to fit my jewellery" page for more information) rather than pulling each end of the hoop left to right as this will misshape the ring.
