The size listed is the external diemeter of the hoop. - 8mm (internal diameter approx - 6mm)
- 10mm (most common size) (internal diameter approx - 8mm)
- 12mm (internal diameter approx - 10mm)
- 13mm (internal diameter approx 11mm)
Designed with comfort in mind, a belly ring is less likely to rub on clothing and you are much less likely to lose it, unlike tradational barbell piercings.
Twist to open, (see "how to fit my jewellery" page) rather than pulling each end of the hoop left to right as this will misshape the ring.
